• These insects can emerge from March through September in many locations. 
• Callibaetis can emerge in various colors, from tan to olive to dark grey. 
• Our local Oregon Callibaetis are often a dark slate color, and this pattern closely matches. 
• Prevalent mostly in lakes, they can hatch in rivers too.
• This pattern also works well for Slate Drake Duns.
• Dark grey body, grizzly hackle, this bug fishes well on lakes and rivers.
