At Hazy Fly Fishing we work hard to get your gear packed and on the water fast.
Processing Times
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During holidays, major sales, or peak fishing season, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on Hazy’s Single Fly orders over $100
- Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate starting at $6.95
- Priority and expedited shipping options available at checkout
Vendor & Drop-Ship Items
Some products may ship directly from trusted partner vendors or distributors. These items may:
- Ship separately from the rest of your order
- Have different shipping rates or delivery times
- Arrive in multiple packages
- Vendors are listed alongside products
Tracking
Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships. Please allow carriers time to update tracking scans.
Delivery Issues
Once a package is marked delivered, shipping carriers become responsible for the package. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us at info@hazyfly.com and we’ll help file a claim or work toward a resolution.
Incorrect Orders
If we made a mistake with your order, reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll make it right.
