• Callibaetis hatches can be "the" hatch for many waters, especially when fishing lakes.
• Often when a hatch is in full swing big lazy trout will sip flies on the surface.
• Generally targeting "cripples" or nymphs still trying to emerge.
• This floating nymph is supposed to mimic a callibaetis coming to the surface, that hasn't quite started emergering yet.
• Fish before the hatch or right as it begins.
