The Bead Head Squirrel Nymph Fly is a variation of Dave Whitlock-s popular Squirrel Nymph.
Soft hackle body plus a bead, this fly gets you down quickly. Really an attractor pattern but it imitates mayfly nymphs, crane fly larvae, or even emerging caddis.
